Revenue & billing analyst @TestGorilla

Overview

The Revenue & Billing Analyst will manage the financial aspects of TestGorilla's customer lifecycle, including billing, accounts receivable, and collections. The role is part of a small, AI-empowered Finance team, engaging directly with senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer billing processes including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, and corrections.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections, resolving disputes with customers.
• Identify and address recurring billing issues by improving underlying processes.
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, and reporting, producing movement reports and analyses.
• Enhance Finance automations related to AR and billing processes.
• Support changes in billing platforms and pricing with a finance perspective.

Requirements

• Passionate about TestGorilla's mission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer billing, accounts receivable, and collections, including resolving complex issues.
• Solid skills in reconciliation and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track record of process improvement using AI and automation.
• At least four years of relevant experience is preferred.
