    Overview

    The role of Sales Engineer at Jamf involves providing technical expertise and support to Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers in the Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education markets. This remote position is open to candidates based in Germany or those with sponsorship to live and work in Germany.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Run live and virtual product demos tailored to the customer’s environment.
    • Act as the go-to technical person for accounts and channel partners.
    • Recommend Jamf-based solutions that address real business and technical problems.
    • Support proof-of-concept projects and trials until a decision is made.
    • Engage with channel partners' technical teams on new Jamf products.
    • Represent Jamf at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
    • Conduct enablement sessions and technical training for partners and internal teams.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create content that helps customers understand product capabilities.
    • Maintain account activity and sales progress in the CRM.
    • Provide technical insights during regional sales meetings and help shape strategy.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key regional partners.
    • Share updated technical materials and best practices with teammates.

    Requirements

    • 3–4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consultancy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
    • Fluency in both English and German.
    • Background in Mobile Device Management, Apple in the enterprise, or cybersecurity.
    • Jamf 300 or 400 certification is a plus.
    • A cybersecurity certification (like Cybersecurity Fundamentals) is a plus.
    • Ability to manage a field-based role independently while collaborating with various teams.
    • Capacity to simplify complex technical topics for different audiences.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% within EMEIA for customer sites and events.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher; relevant experience may be considered.
