Sales Engineer II @Jamf

Overview

Jamf is looking for a Sales Engineer II to partner with the Sales Department and support Account Executives in achieving sales and billing goals. This role evaluates technical requirements of sales opportunities and presents solutions to meet customer needs, with options for remote work or in-office collaboration for those near a Jamf office.

Key Responsibilities

• Work jointly with the Jamf Sales team and customers to convey the business value of Jamf products.
• Understand customer requirements and outline solutions accordingly.
• Lead presales technical activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance product awareness and investment.
• Participate in special projects assigned by SE Management.
• Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Keep up-to-date with the Jamf product portfolio and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 3-5 years of technical sales, support, or services experience.
• Exposure to Jamf products and related competitive solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of security architecture, application security, and identity management preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Apple technology (MacOS and iOS) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Bachelor's degree is required; relevant experience may be considered.
