Senior Brand Producer @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Senior Brand Producer to join the Creative Operations team as the first individual contributor. This role will involve leading the execution of complex creative projects, ensuring high-quality production output.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production across brand campaigns and product launches, including film and photo shoots, customer stories, web, OOH, digital, and experiential activations.
• Translate creative vision into executable production plans, balancing ambition with operational rigor.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Build and manage detailed budgets and schedules, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Design repeatable processes and tools for scalable operations while promoting creative work.
• Identify and remove roadblocks in the creative process.
• Establish benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and vendor performance.
• Serve as a bridge between brand, design, marketing, engineering, and external partners.
• Foster a culture of creative freedom balanced with operational discipline.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying creative fluency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in production roles within creative studios and in-house brand teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex, integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with the unique challenges of producing in fast-moving tech environments.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and build alignment.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
• Positive, collaborative attitude contributing to team culture.
