Overview

1Password is looking for a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst to build and scale its Commercial Deal Desk capability within Revenue Operations. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams on complex commercial decisions while developing processes and tools to enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and other stakeholders on complex, high-impact deals.
• Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, and other commercial considerations.
• Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Build foundational processes for the Commercial Deal Desk, including intake processes and documentation.
• Create playbooks and training materials for sales teams to navigate commercial processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI tools.
• Use deal data to identify bottlenecks and improve deal quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ/Revenue Cloud.
• Strong understanding of commercial deal structures and pricing disciplines.
• Ability to improve processes and documentation in an evolving environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with AI or workflow tools is preferred.
