Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue retention and expansion initiatives, proactively identifying and advancing renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Operate with strategic rigor, managing objections and negotiations independently.
• Act as a trusted security advisor, incorporating key market insights into customer communications.
• Collaborate and enable team success by mentoring peers and leading joint account planning with Account Executives (AEs).

Requirements

• 6+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role, such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
• Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets; performance distinction is a plus.
• Ability to conduct executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT preferred.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and utilizing tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
