    • Enhance data practices around quality, governance, and privacy related to employee data.
    • Analyze a range of datasets to identify trends and provide recommendations.
    • Mentor analysts and partners while establishing best practices for analytics and data fluency.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling, experience with large datasets.
    • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
    • Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate business questions into structured analyses.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and data quality standards.
    • Excellent communication skills for data storytelling.
    • Comfortable working in ambiguity and developing hypotheses independently.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical partners.
