Overview

The Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Jamf is responsible for leading the strategy and operations of the global recruiting function to meet the company's growth targets. This position requires a combination of technical recruiting expertise and leadership in workforce planning, employer branding, and talent acquisition operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Jamf's Global Talent Acquisition vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and develop a global team of Talent Acquisition managers, recruiters, and coordinators.
• Manage capacity modeling and workforce planning, including headcount forecasting.
• Define and drive the employer brand and talent marketing strategy globally.
• Shape hiring practices and provide training on interview techniques and evaluation.
• Oversee ATS strategy and vendor relationships, including managing contracts.
• Define TA reporting, analytics strategy, and key performance indicators.
• Advise executive and business leaders on talent strategy and organizational design.
• Lead Talent Acquisition through organizational changes and process redesigns.

Requirements

• 12+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience on a global scale.
• 7+ years in a Talent Acquisition leadership role with multi-layered teams.
• Experience with global workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including technical recruiting.
• Experience negotiating and managing staffing vendor contracts.
• Ability to run full-cycle recruiting for confidential or urgent searches.
• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
