    Overview

    Docker is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Information Technology Department as the company rapidly scales. The role focuses on strategic leadership while also addressing operational challenges and leveraging technology to drive impact within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build a strong metrics-driven IT organization, ensuring continual service improvement.
    • Contribute as a thought leader within the Central Operations & Systems leadership team.
    • Assess and right-size the applications footprint for connected enterprise and decision-making.
    • Develop relationships with technical leaders and business executives to meet IT service needs.
    • Align with company strategy to develop a multi-year IT roadmap to support growth.
    • Motivate the team with innovative technical advancements and practices.
    • Collaborate with executive team to identify IT solutions that assist in business goals.
    • Provide IT productivity tools needed by employees in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    • 12+ years of global IT leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to conceptualize long-term business goals and develop processes to achieve them.
    • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute high-level strategies.
    • Proactive in AI and automation management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
