Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Engineering organization, managing trade-offs between customer needs and product priorities.
• Coach and develop engineering managers and senior leaders, ensuring high standards for leadership and organizational health.
• Provide a reliable experience for Lattice's customers while supporting rapid product development.
• Work with Product and Design teams to define and prioritize product strategies and roadmaps.
• Represent Lattice in discussions with key prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with the Engineering leadership team on department-wide strategies and goals.
• Scale systems and processes enabling effective planning, reliable delivery, and quick learning for multiple teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering management experience, including 5 years leading an engineering organization with multiple teams.
• Experience managing engineering investment across a product portfolio with careful trade-offs.
• Proven ability to ship high-quality products focusing on trust, reliability, and scalability.
• High degree of autonomy and sound judgment with a CEO mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to develop engineering leaders and individual contributors.
• Strong product vision and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential in talent management.

This position is remote but candidates must reside in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada.
