Senior Director, Product Management @Affirm

Overview

Affirm is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform. This role entails managing the end-user experience, business outcomes, and the platform that supports card issuance and servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Card domain end-to-end, defining and driving the multi-year vision.
• Lead US direct-to-consumer card products and oversee the Card Platform.
• Translate company strategy into a coherent roadmap spanning multiple teams and systems.
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization, managing and developing PMs.
• Drive business outcomes by owning GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
• Shape investment strategy and resource allocation across product areas.
• Lead platform strategy to ensure scalability and alignment across use cases and partners.
• Align senior stakeholders and represent the Card domain in executive forums and planning cycles.

Requirements

• 15+ years in product management with experience in multi-team product areas.
• Track record of owning large domains or business lines with significant financial impact.
• Experience managing managers and building high-performing PM teams.
• Ability to operate at portfolio-level and connect product decisions to company strategy.
• Experience in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure.
• Strong product instincts supported by data-driven decision-making.
