Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and scale secure AI and automation solutions for productivity across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and build practical solutions.
• Manage centralized AI and automation platforms, ensuring secure and reliable use.
• Develop documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise AI and automation.

Requirements

• Experience in IT systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using APIs and low-code/no-code tools.

• Experience with AI-enabled platforms and workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace is also advantageous.
