Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GP clients, including CFOs and technology leads, to identify workflows where custom AI agents can add value.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the entire solution lifecycle from prototype and validation to deployment and production.
• Design and implement agentic systems, ensuring reliable operations in production environments.
• Work independently on client-specific solutions while collaborating with Juniper Square's platform and product teams.
• Make informed engineering trade-offs to balance speed, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Manage post-launch support, user training, and documentation to ensure the adoption of developed solutions.
• Guide less experienced engineers and foster their engagement in running projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in shipping production software, with hands-on AI application development.
• Proven track record of owning delivery and ensuring user adoption of software solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into software requirements effectively.
• Full-stack engineering skills, including data handling, services, user interfaces, and underlying infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud deployment and operations, including knowledge of containers and CI/CD processes.
• Strong client interaction skills, with experience scoping and delivering software solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
