Senior Forward Deployed Engineer @Webflow

Overview

Webflow is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to help build and optimize agentic web operations in production. This role involves close collaboration with enterprise accounts and contributes directly to shaping Webflow's platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic enterprise accounts to map business-critical marketing and web workflows.
• Design and build agentic workflows using Webflow APIs, CMS, components, and AI capabilities.
• Build integrations between Webflow and external platforms (ad platforms, analytics, CRM, etc.).
• Ensure every deployment can handle production traffic and compliance requirements.
• Document workflow issues and identify systemic versus customer-specific frictions.
• Create reusable architecture blueprints and shared learnings post-engagement.
• Collaborate pre-sale to mitigate integration concerns for strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in solutions engineering or a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of AI, APIs, automation, and integration architecture patterns.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Experience managing live web properties and using workflow automation tools.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver in novel contexts.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for embedded engagements.
