Senior Implementation Engineer (EMEA) @Docker

Overview

Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first company that builds tools for software development and delivery. They are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer for the EMEA region to enhance customer onboarding initiatives and improve customer experiences with Docker products.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to refine operations related to onboarding customers.
• Guide customers through their initial journey and deliver solutions to improve their experience.
• Iterate and improve workflow strategies and automations.
• Develop personalized onboarding processes with efficient, automated workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their onboarding journey.
• Maintain target metrics related to provisioning, customer satisfaction, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience working with external customers in onboarding/implementation roles.
• Direct customer-facing onboarding experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn about emerging technologies.
