    Overview

The company seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop machine learning models for real-time inventory observation and analysis.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-time inventory understanding across thousands of retail locations.
    • Own the full machine learning lifecycle from problem framing to deployment, ensuring quality and measurable business impact.
    • Collaborate with software engineers, computer vision engineers, data scientists, and product leads to drive product innovation.
    • Contribute to the core infrastructure of the Digital Twin Platform and manage novel inventory observations feeding the modeling pipeline.
    • Help define the technical direction of the modeling practice within a fast-paced team environment.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
    • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
    • Experience with large-scale data pipelines, handling both structured and unstructured data.
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML platform tools for training, versioning, and serving models.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with computer vision, inventory forecasting, or related modeling problems.
    • Familiarity with real-time inference systems and serving ML models in low-latency environments.
    • Background in project management within fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
    • Understanding of inventory data flows in retail, supply chain, or e-commerce.
    • Collaborative experience with computer vision teams or integrating vision-based signals into ML systems.
