Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions to address economic challenges in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business needs and create effective solutions.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree (Masters or PhD) in Economics or a related field.
• Experience in economic theory, applied econometrics, and business skills.
• Familiarity with causal inference methodologies applied to observational and experimental datasets.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Strong programming skills (Python) and experience in data manipulation (SQL, Pandas) and machine learning tools (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership.
• For Senior Machine Learning Engineer I: 1-3 years of industry experience and familiarity with production environments and cloud computing.
