Senior Manager, IT @Lattice

Overview

The role involves leading Lattice's Corporate IT infrastructure and support operations. The Senior Manager will work on enhancing the IT support model while managing a distributed IT team to ensure service quality and collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technology roadmap for Corporate IT Infrastructure and Support.
• Own the operating model for a distributed IT team.
• Drive MFA and identity modernization programs.
• Manage endpoint-management and device-compliance evolution.
• Partner with HRIS and Business Systems for onboarding and access automation.
• Manage employee support for office IT and remote-work infrastructure.
• Establish safe administration patterns for AI productivity tools.
• Improve auditability and compliance in partnership with Security.
• Use automation and AI to enhance IT operations.
• Provide senior escalation support for complex IT incidents.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, professional development, and team performance.
• Build a strong documentation culture across IT processes.
• Evaluate vendor and platform renewals with various departments.
• Translate technical risks into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in corporate IT and related fields.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Okta/IAM, SSO, MFA, and SaaS provisioning.
• Experience with endpoint management and compliance tools.
• Ability to partner with various departments for effective IT operations.
• Practical automation experience using APIs or scripting.
• Strong judgment around access governance and production change control.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience in high-growth SaaS or complex technology environments.
