Karat is the world's largest interviewing company, transforming organizations through a powerful system designed for technical leaders. The Senior Manager of Supply Acquisition will join the Interview Delivery team, focusing on scaling and strengthening the network of Interview Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute supply acquisition initiatives to strengthen the interviewer marketplace.
• Use AI and data analysis to optimize the supply acquisition funnel, ensuring quality talent is identified.
• Develop new sourcing strategies for high-quality Interview Engineers within existing geographic markets.
• Manage a Program Manager and a Coordinator, fostering a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition programs and enhance marketplace growth.
• Lead projects that improve acquisition processes by aligning stakeholders and resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, talent acquisition, or similar fields.
• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Successfully executed acquisition or marketplace strategies to scale talent networks.
• Experience with AI tools for informing sourcing and screening decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data for decision-making.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in English, both written and verbal.
