Overview
Webflow seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation to lead the design, execution, and analysis of global incentive programs and non-standard deal structures. This role involves overseeing the full compensation lifecycle and partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual sales compensation design process, including selecting metrics and overseeing rollouts.
- Manage the administration of sales compensation plans and ensure accurate payout of commissions.
- Align compensation and incentive programs with strategic business priorities.
- Provide analytics and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Develop a team responsible for sales compensation and deal strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or related field; minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to present insights to an executive audience.
- Expertise in developing and communicating sales compensation plans.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.
- Proficiency with compensation platforms and CRM systems.
