Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end execution of Sales Operations, translating GTM strategy into tactical territory designs and segmentation models.
• Architect operational models for annual and quarterly planning, including territory routing and quota allocation.
• Manage quota frameworks and assist with compensation plan design for the sales organization.
• Oversee complex operational initiatives from scoping to post-launch optimization.
• Update Sales Rules of Engagement and manage key sales technology tools.
• Collaborate with senior Sales leaders to identify improvement areas and execute process enhancements.
• Mentor and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals.
• Optimize sales technology stack to enhance sales efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing team members.
• Hands-on experience in Sales Ops planning including territory routing and quota allocation.
• Proven project management skills across complete operational initiatives.
• Technical expertise with sales technology infrastructure including Salesforce and Clari.
• Strong analytical skills to manage vendor budgets and data modeling.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with attention to data integrity and process precision.
