Overview
Docker is seeking a Senior Marketing GTM Analytics Manager to serve as the strategic analytics partner to Marketing and its cross-functional partners. This role involves connecting customer, campaign, product usage, and revenue data to help leaders enhance conversion, prioritize investments, and foster pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic analytics partner to Marketing, translating ambiguous questions into clear analyses, recommendations, and measurable actions.
- Own lead and account funnel analytics, including conversion, velocity, quality, cohort performance, and the drivers of strong or weak outcomes.
- Define trusted attribution and return on investment methodologies for marketing programs.
- Develop targeting and measurement models for an inside sales motion into product-led growth prospects.
- Build account intelligence and scoring to support account-based marketing, expansion, and new product adoption.
- Lead the analytical narrative for Marketing QBRs, connecting activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Design experiments and measurement plans to identify which programs and growth motions should scale, change, or stop.
- Build scalable datasets, dashboards, and quality controls in collaboration with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, and Data teams.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in marketing, growth, revenue, or GTM analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with customer, campaign, product usage, CRM, and cloud warehouse data.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation, funnel measurement, attribution, experimentation, account-based marketing, and pipeline economics.
- Ability to independently structure complex problems and deliver defensible, decision-ready recommendations.
- Experience building scalable dashboards and data products; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent executive communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfort operating as a strategic, hands-on individual contributor.
