Senior Marketing Operations Manager @Brex

Overview

Brex is an intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster. The company is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to architect and optimize their B2B sales-led and channel-driven go-to-market (GTM) engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GTM systems architecture, ensuring integration of Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Outreach, and Clay.io.
• Lead data orchestration workflows including routing, prioritization, handoffs, and conversion logic across Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams.
• Design and execute a future-state operational roadmap for scaling B2B demand generation and partner-led growth through automation and AI-powered insights.
• Build automated lifecycle processes for lead scoring, enrichment, and qualification.
• Enhance sales productivity by implementing agentic workflows in Outreach and Salesforce.
• Manage data governance across Salesforce, Marketo, and Segment for reliable attribution and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reporting on pipeline performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with RevOps and Engineering to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Support partner motions through attribution, routing rules, and engagement workflows.
• Continuously evaluate tools and operational improvements for the GTM infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations supporting B2B sales funnels.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and LeanData.
• Expertise in lead routing and data orchestration workflows.
• Ability to design automated workflows and scalable integrations.
• Experience with AI-driven tools to automate tasks and enrich lead data.
• Strong analytical and system design skills.
• Collaboration experience with Sales and Engineering teams.

Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from CAD119,200 to CAD149,000, with starting base pay depending on various factors including skills and experience.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, Canada, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.
