Senior Marketing Operations Manager @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to architect and optimize its B2B sales-led and channel-driven go-to-market (GTM) engine. The role focuses on defining and maintaining systems, processes, and operational rigor that align Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the GTM systems architecture, integrating Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Outreach, and Clay.io.
• Lead the design and optimization of data orchestration workflows using LeanData.
• Design and execute a roadmap focused on scaling B2B demand generation and partner-led growth through automation and AI.
• Build automated lifecycle processes for lead scoring, enrichment, qualification, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Enhance sales productivity by implementing automated workflows in Outreach and Salesforce.
• Manage data governance, ensuring reliable attribution and reporting.
• Create AI-informed dashboards for pipeline performance and lead metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize processes that improve efficiency.
• Support partner engagement through automated workflows and co-marketing processes.
• Continuously evaluate new tools and improvements for the GTM infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations for B2B sales-led funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and LeanData.
• Expertise in lead routing and data orchestration workflows.
• Ability to design automated workflows and scalable cross-system integrations.
• Experience with AI-driven tools for automating tasks and enriching lead data.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills to translate business needs into technical workflows.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Engineering teams.
