Senior .NET Developer, SaaS Manager @1Password

Overview

1Password is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join their SaaS Manager team. The role involves building a platform for IT and Security teams to manage AI and SaaS ecosystems, while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Contribute to and lead technical design discussions; write clear design documents and propose solutions.
• Set and uphold best practices within the team and ensure adherence through code reviews.
• Partner closely with product managers and designers to advocate for sound engineering and make informed tradeoffs.
• Utilize agentic AI tools to enhance workflows and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with knowledge of .NET/C#/MongoDB.
• Ability to address large, complex engineering problems independently.
• Expertise in the team's features and systems, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
• Championing technical innovation, evaluating tools, and advocating for best practices.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
• Curious approach to agentic AI in the software development lifecycle.
• Strong mentoring skills for less experienced developers.
