Senior Network Engineer @Twilio

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and support the global Twilio IT network infrastructure.
• Track network assets, including hardware and software.

• Develop testing and implementation tools for new LAN/WAN systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in network infrastructure and AWS cloud services.
• 5+ years with Cisco LAN/WAN/Wifi and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• 3+ years with AWS cloud services.
• Advanced knowledge of IEEE 802 standards and core IETF protocols.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring.
• Knowledge of network security policies.
• Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux client networking.
• Experience troubleshooting at various OSI model layers.
• A degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
