Overview
Docker is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to oversee internal and external partner enablement and drive go-to-market outcomes across its partner ecosystem. This role involves designing and delivering training, certification, and enablement programs that align various partner types with Docker's strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve training and certification programs for Docker’s partner community.
- Develop role-based learning paths to equip partners with necessary product knowledge and technical skills.
- Manage certification tracks tied to measurable go-to-market readiness.
- Maintain a library of partner-specific go-to-market content, ensuring it's accessible and engaging.
- Equip Docker's sales teams with resources to effectively engage partners.
- Drive partner program velocity by ensuring readiness and engagement at every sales stage.
- Track partner performance metrics and continuously refine programs based on feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement within a SaaS or technology context.
- Ability to design and execute scalable training anchored to go-to-market outcomes.
- Experience managing a partner portal or LMS, with a preference for Impartner.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics and co-sell motions.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both partners and internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven with a focus on measuring impact and success.
