Senior People Business Partner @Juniper Square

Overview

Juniper Square is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support the organization through its next phase of growth. This role involves strategic coaching and hands-on execution to advance the people strategy while managing performance, employee relations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, helping them navigate challenges and make decisions.
• Support performance management, including effective conversations, PIP design, and performance calibration.
• Conduct promotion readiness reviews and calibration discussions.
• Manage employee relations casework, including conflict resolution.
• Analyze engagement survey results and attrition data to create actionable plans.
• Assist in building onboarding, feedback, and career development practices.
• Support organizational changes and help develop communication plans.
• Collaborate with Talent, People Ops, and Compensation to connect teams with resources.
• Understand the business, goals, and talent needs of the supported teams.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in PBP or generalist HR support, preferably in tech or financial services.
• Ability to build trust and influence with managers and leaders.
• Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
• Comfortable working independently with competing priorities.
• Skilled at translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient and adaptable to change with a growth mindset.

Location
