    Overview

    The Senior People Partner supports the Revenue team at Docker, a globally distributed, remote-first company in the developer tooling space. The role requires collaborating with leaders, managers, and employees to align business priorities with people strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with Revenue leaders and managers on people priorities, including organizational design and workforce planning.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations on complex employee matters.
    • Build trusted relationships across Revenue and within the People Team.
    • Raise concerns regarding risks and push for better decision-making.
    • Manage core people processes within Revenue, including performance management and talent reviews.
    • Use data to identify trends and recommend actions for improved team effectiveness and performance.
    • Support global teams by advising on regional considerations and cultural norms.
    • Contribute to People Team programs and practices by identifying areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, preferably in a technology or fast-paced environment.
    • Experience supporting customer-facing teams is preferred.
    • Strong HR knowledge in employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
    • Sound judgment and ability to navigate sensitive and ambiguous situations.
    • Familiarity with working across global or distributed teams.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data effectively.
    • Collaborative approach and ability to work well across functions and teams.
