Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Control Plane team to manage Elastic Cloud's backend and orchestration products, ensuring a leading market position.

Key Responsibilities

• Define parts of the vision and roadmap for new management, orchestration, and scaling capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize projects.
• Work with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Gather competitive market data and customer feedback to develop product insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure cloud technologies and developer-focused products.
• Proven track record of using AI in work processes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt to different projects based on business needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Team-oriented attitude with empathy and humor.
