Senior Product Manager, Enterprise & Deployments @Fivetran

Overview

The Senior Product Manager for Enterprise and Deployments at Fivetran focuses on the trust and access layer of the dbt platform, overseeing authentication, authorization, and deployment strategies. This role is integral to expanding customer access and enhancing product trust for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Make enterprise security a competitive advantage; enhance features such as SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and PrivateLink.
• Lead the migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant architectures.
• Determine new deployment geographies, ensuring compliance with data residency and regional regulations.
• Manage user onboarding processes, optimizing login and account discovery experiences.
• Empower admins with self-service provisions for user management.
• Represent the product in enterprise security reviews to address blockers and prioritize roadmap items.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to enhance observability and reliability of the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in identity, access management, security, or infrastructure.
• Experience with authentication standards (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) and multi-tenant SaaS models.
• Strong technical foundation to engage effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating their needs into product developments.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and specifications.
• Ability to operate effectively in a distributed team environment.
