Senior Product Manager, Enterprise & Deployments @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Product Manager for enterprise and deployments, responsible for the trust and access layer of the dbt platform. This role involves overseeing authentication, authorization, and deployment across the platform, ensuring enterprise security and enabling customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Make enterprise security a competitive advantage by enhancing administration processes.
• Lead migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployment models.
• Determine new deployment geographies and cloud providers.
• Enhance user login, sign-up, and account discovery processes.
• Provide admins with tools for self-service provisioning of users, groups, and permissions.
• Act as the product representative in enterprise security reviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on telemetry for operational confidence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in identity and access management.
• Direct experience with authentication mechanisms (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC).
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models.
• Technical proficiency for collaborative work with engineering teams.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and translating feedback into product work.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a distributed team.
