Senior Product Manager @Oddball

Overview

Oddball is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their VA team, focusing on resolving complex engineering challenges that impact Veteran-facing systems across VA OIT.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination across a cross-functional technical response team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, keeping teams aligned and driving resolution.
• Coordinate rapid-response efforts across VA program offices and engineering teams to address enterprise-level technical issues.
• Lead change management and communicate program progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and navigate competing priorities with clarity and confidence.
• Manage project tracking in Jira or similar tooling.

Requirements

• Federal IT experience, ideally with the VA.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of hitting milestones across complex, multi-team programs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Experience navigating cross-functional technical environments with competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
• Thrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment.
• Communicates clearly and openly, running cross-team syncs and briefing leadership.
