Overview
Instacart is transforming the grocery industry by enhancing the grocery delivery experience. The company is inviting a Senior Product Manager to manage the vision, strategy, and execution for their In-Store Tasks product, focusing on improving fulfillment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own data collection experiences, optimizing how shoppers receive and action tasks in-store.
- Develop a deep understanding of shopper workflows and operational pain points to enhance scanning accuracy and shopper satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure seamless integration of tools into their in-store environments.
- Support partner onboarding and drive adoption of new features in collaboration with enterprise sales and retailer success teams.
- Define scalable platform solutions for various retailer sizes and store formats.
- Represent the in-store task roadmap with internal stakeholders and external partners when relevant.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in complex operational environments.
- Experience in building products end-to-end, driving initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Strong data-literate skills with the ability to make analytical decisions under ambiguity.
- Clear communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of shopper and retailer experiences, holding accountability for meaningful outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to maintain standards in fast-paced environments.
Benefits
Instacart offers highly market-competitive compensation and benefits, including a base pay range for Canadian candidates between $194,000 and $204,500 CAD, potential equity grants, and a review of their Flex First remote work policy.
Location
This role is remote but limited to candidates located in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
