Senior Product Manager, Logs - Observability @Elastic

Overview

Elastic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Observability product team, focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. This role significantly impacts the success of the Observability product by ensuring customers receive an excellent end-to-end full stack Observability experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolving logs analytics capabilities in line with organizational strategy.
• Advancing the entire lifecycle for logs collection, ingestion, and management.
• Building features for modern SRE, including integrating GenAI and implementing automated SLO/SLI tracking.
• Collaborating with Engineering, UX, and Design teams to enhance application monitoring experiences.
• Working with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and feature adoption.
• Tracking user engagement and feedback for product evolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Knowledge of Observability and performance monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills, converting abstract challenges into prioritized solutions.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience in a remote, globally distributed environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
