Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions @Elastic

Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, enables users to find answers in real time using their data at scale. The Senior Product Manager will help build and grow Elastic XDR, owning a core area of the XDR roadmap from requirements through to product iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap, driving detection, correlation, and response capabilities across various domains.
• Maintain XDR telemetry and integrations, including first-party and third-party data sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management prioritization and remediation workflows.
• Write clear requirements for engineering and translate customer and research insights into product features.
• Represent product in conversations with security customers, including senior stakeholders.
• Ensure features work across Elastic's deployment models and environments.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and GTM strategies.
• Create artifacts such as roadmap trackers to provide visibility to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in security-related technical product management or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, or incident response.
• Experience with third-party data integration and knowledge of the current cyber threat landscape.
• Technical credibility, able to earn respect from engineering teams.
• Customer-facing confidence and strong communication skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across various teams.
• A BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security.
