Overview

Blockchain is a global crypto company connecting the world to the future of finance. They are seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to evolve their mobile architecture and enable rapid development of new consumer apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable React Native applications powered by shared modules from mobile and backend platforms.
• Drive the architecture of a modular, reusable system for rapid assembly of new apps.
• Define and enforce clear contracts and boundaries between modules.
• Lead complex projects from technical design through delivery and iteration.
• Translate ambiguous product ideas into structured technical plans.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development.
• Review and refine AI-generated code for production-grade standards.
• Drive the evolution of shared UI systems and developer tooling.
• Own the quality, performance, and reliability of built systems.
• Mentor engineers and assist in code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile teams.
• Support release processes and app store deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong hands-on experience in React Native.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile development practices.
• Proven experience building production-grade mobile applications.
• Understanding of mobile architecture and scalable design patterns.
• Experience owning features from design through production.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and drive technical decisions.
• Experience integrating complex backend systems and APIs.
• Strong use of AI developer tools in production workflows.
• Excellent code quality standards.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
• Experience designing shared architecture systems.
• Familiarity with crypto, wallets, or financial applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app store processes.
