Senior Sales Engineer, Enterprise - German Speaking @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a talented German-speaking Senior Sales Engineer to join the Enterprise sales team. This remote position is based in Ireland. The role involves understanding complex business needs of enterprise customers and showcasing Fivetran's data replication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business, use cases, and data replication requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences.
• Ensure technical win by managing an organized proof-of-value process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to drive improvements at Fivetran.
• Maintain high levels of customer focus and technical excellence while working with multiple sales representatives.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
• Assist team members in overcoming advanced technical or business roadblocks.

Requirements

• Native/Professional Proficiency in German.
• 5+ years of experience in data replication, sales engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical background in database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies.
• Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with multiple database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with data replication or ETL tools.
