Senior Software Development Engineer (AI & Agentic Systems) @Jamf

Overview

The Senior Software Development Engineer at Jamf is responsible for developing tools that help organizations succeed with Apple products. This role is focused on leading an agile team to effectively address customer needs and build high-quality Jamf products.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down customer problems into executable tasks for the team.
• Independently complete tasks with a high level of quality.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders clearly.
• Produce designs for new and existing features.
• Ensure adherence to the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards.
• Build and operate agentic workflows for production systems.
• Design safety protocols and operational limits for automated processes.
• Mentor and coach team members while delivering new components and features.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Understanding of vulnerability management as a discipline.
• Experience in an agile organization and with build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Apple platform experience is a plus.
• Minimum of an Associate's degree required.
