Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in C programming to join their team in Novi Sad. The role involves contributing to the development of data integration systems aimed at powering modern data stacks for various companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply learn about Fivetran to focus development on system improvements.
• Contribute to the development and planning of the roadmap.
• Collaborate with a core team and broader stakeholders.
• Work across the project lifecycle: requirements, design, prototype, implementation, review, release, and monitoring.
• Review and approve pull requests.
• Take ownership of the product and leverage skills to improve it.

Requirements

• Experience in execution-oriented software development.
• Ability to design and code effective and intuitive systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services, network protocols, serialization, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of complex structures, object orientation, exceptions, and memory management techniques.
