Senior Software Engineer, Frontend @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to work across their entire stack, creating and maintaining new products and features in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on driving business impact while collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to develop new features and products.
• Work with user-facing teams (Sales, Support) to understand customer needs.
• Design and implement experiments to improve customer experiences.
• Own problems end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
• Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies like ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
• Experience with architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end-to-end.
• Experience developing client-facing software products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Uphold high engineering standards.
