Overview

The role involves working as a Senior Software Engineer in the Elasticsearch - Storage Engine team at Elastic, a company that provides a cloud-based solution for search, security, and observability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural evolution of core storage engine components and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Work with an experienced team on Elasticsearch's logs and metrics capabilities.
• Implement best practices for clean coding standards and bring architectural clarity across the platform.

• Write modern Java code, as Elasticsearch is predominantly Java-based.

Requirements
