Overview

The Senior Systems Analyst, Recruiting Operations at Harvey is responsible for driving the systems infrastructure, process design, and AI-enabled automation within the Talent team. The role focuses on ensuring an efficient, data-informed hiring process for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, while managing the recruiting technology stack and implementing scalable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own administration, configuration, and optimization of the recruiting tech stack (Ashby, integrations, downstream systems).
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance hiring velocity and reduce recruiter friction.
• Partner with the Analytics team to define reporting requirements and interpret recruiting data.
• Manage core recruiting operations workflows, including PID and requisition management.
• Identify and deploy AI-powered solutions to automate tasks and improve the candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, and IT for cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration.
• Expertise with modern ATS platforms, particularly Ashby.
• Track record of implementing process improvements and AI/ML tooling.
• Strong analytical skills to partner with Analytics for reporting and strategy.
• Ability to map tool and process dependencies and anticipate changes' downstream effects.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $131,300 to $196,900 USD.

Location

Remote, preferably in the United States.
