Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and automated monitoring systems for content health and performance.
• Measure and monitor content quality, including score distributions, content equivalence, and cheating indicators.
• Utilize AI solutions to improve content quality monitoring and investigation efforts.
• Perform root-cause analyses and validate solutions using data-driven processes.
• Collaborate with Content Development and Architect teams to avoid recurring issues in new designs.
• Monitor key business and content-performance indicators, escalating concerning trends to leadership.
• Communicate trends, risks, recommendations, and performance updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles with ownership of business outcomes.
• Experience using modern AI tools for data analysis and automation workflows.
• Expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis; Redshift experience is a plus.
• Fluency in data visualization tools with strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and executive-level communication skills.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with autonomy and accountability.
• Python experience is a plus.
