Key Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of the business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and develop structured interview processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions that align with business goals.
• Own sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in engineering domains.
• Mentor and guide hiring teams on best practices for interviewing and assessment.
• Design and implement recruitment programs to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly for Engineering roles in high-growth tech companies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges and facilitate decision-making.
• Experience managing high-impact roles while maintaining effective organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of the talent market.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience fostering trust-based relationships with candidates.
