Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their rapidly growing Product organization. This role involves diving deep into customer experiences and applying insights to product design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute user research programs across focused product areas.
• Collaborate with design, product, and analytics to align research projects with stakeholder and user needs.
• Guide product and design on research methodology and best practices for self-run studies.
• Identify emerging user needs to support the development of new products.
• Synthesize learnings from past research and analytics to lead ideation sessions.

Requirements

• Experience conducting mixed-method qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research work and its impact.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead projects through ambiguity.
• Strong presentation skills and storytelling ability to influence stakeholders.
• Desire to understand users and how the product contributes to their success.
• Experience using AI tools for planning and feedback synthesis.

Location

This is a hybrid position based out of either the Oakland, CA or Denver, CO office, requiring two days in the office each week.
