Overview

The SEO & AEO Manager at Juniper Square will be responsible for enhancing the company's visibility across organic search and AI-driven answer engines, crucial for attracting and engaging with clients in the private markets. This role is situated within Corporate Marketing and focuses on executing strategies to improve technical SEO and authority-building across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO: Manage SEO initiatives across junipersquare.com, overseeing on-page optimization, site architecture, and technical audits.
• Win Citations Across the Open Web: Optimize content for AI visibility and ensure Juniper Square is cited in key AI answer engines.
• Build Category Authority: Enhance Juniper Square's authority on private market topics by building backlinks and contributing to content strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO with technical SEO program ownership experience in a large B2B organization.
• Hands-on experience in AEO/GEO with a proven record of generating AI citations.
• Experience with SEO tools and sufficient technical fluency in structured data and schema markup.
• Strong writing skills and an ability to operate with ambiguity in a developing field.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or private markets is preferred.
