Solutions Consultant @Fullstory

Overview

This is a hybrid position where the Solutions Consultant will work at least one day per week in the Atlanta office. The role involves owning the technical deployment and strategy of Fortune 500 accounts, ensuring optimal implementation and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with client teams to gather requirements on technical features and address data architecture strategy.
• Build custom integration implementations using languages like JavaScript and Python.
• Advise clients on API implementation and data management best practices.
• Gather requirements from client stakeholders and translate them for analytics, product, and engineering teams.
• Own continuous learning and development by researching new features and maintaining product understanding.
• Leverage AI tooling to rapidly draft, test, and iterate on technical integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing technical role.
• A background in Computer Science, MIS, or comparable technical discipline.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and engineering.
• Hands-on experience debugging modern web applications.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tooling to accelerate workflows.

Salary

The base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 - $110,000 USD, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
