• Ability to break down a problem into a solution that involves multiple software components and write clear, testable, and extensible code.
• Familiarity with navigating large codebases and providing code reviews for peers.
• Proactive in seeking feedback on personal growth from team members and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration within a global team.
