Solution Engineer @Twilio

Overview

The role involves joining Twilio as a Solutions Engineer for the Twilio Communications APJ team. It focuses on delivering innovative communication solutions to clients and enhancing customer engagement experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Scoping: Lead client discovery sessions to identify business challenges, goals, and core value drivers.
• Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into high-level future-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Product Demonstrations: Deliver customized software demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for various audiences.
• Sales Support: Address technical objections, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and partner with Account Executives to accelerate deal closures.

Requirements

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing, cPaaS, and AI.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, interpersonal, and consensus-building capabilities.
• Curious about technology and willing to learn new technology.

Location
